- ម៉ោង ១៣:៣៧នាទី យោធាថៃបានបន្តបាញ់ផ្លោងចំនួន ៤គ្រាប់ចូលទីប្រជុំជនដែលមានប្រជាជនរស់នៅច្រើនកុះករ ក្នុងភូមិសាស្ត្រភូមិស្ទឹងបត់ សង្កាត់ផ្សារកណ្តាល ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ។
សកម្មភាពខាងលើជាការវាយប្រហារដ៏កំរោល ដោយមិនរើសគោលដៅរបស់យោធាថៃ ជាការរំលោភបំពានច្បាប់មនុស្សធម៌អន្តរជាតិយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ។

Please be informed about the situation along the Cambodia-Thailand border regarding the Thai military forces continuing their violation on Cambodian sovereign territory in a civilian residential area, in the 5th Military Region, in the area of Stoeung Bot village, Phsar Kandal district, Banteay Meanchey province, on December 23, 2025.
- At 1:37pm, the Thai military continued to fire 4 shells into a densely populated civilian residential area in Stoeung Bot village, Phsar Kandal district, Banteay Meanchey province.
The brutal actions above are indiscriminate attack by the Thai military, a serious violation of international humanitarian law.
The Cambodian forces continue to monitor the situation closely, and stand strong, brave and remain vigilant in fulfilling their roles to protect the territorial integrity of Cambodia. We will protect our dignity with courage and unwavering resolve, at any cost, and without succumbing to coercion or intimidation in any form.
