បច្ចុប្បន្នភាពអំពីស្ថានការណ៍នៅតាមបន្ទាត់ព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ពាក់ព័ន្ធករណីកងកម្លាំងយោធាថៃបន្តការ បាញ់ប្រហារ និងឈ្លានពានមកលើដែនអធិបតេយ្យកម្ពុជា នៅទិសយោធភូមិភាគទី៤ និងយោធភូមិភាគ ទី៥ គិតមកដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដែលជាថ្ងៃទី១២ ហើយ។
ភាគីថៃនៅតែបន្តរំលោភបំពានលើបទឈប់បាញ់ និង«សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាព រវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ» ដែលភាគីកម្ពុជានិងភាគីថៃបានចុះហត្ថលេខាកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។
ស្ថានភាពនៃអំពើគំរាមកំហែង និងឈ្លានពានរបស់ភាគីថៃមកលើតំបន់មួយចំនួនក្នុងដែនអធិបតេយ្យ កម្ពុជា៖

ចំពោះស្ថានការណ៍នៅក្នុងភូមិសាស្រ្តផ្សេងទៀតមានសភាពស្ងប់ស្ងាត់ ប៉ុន្តែកងកម្លាំងរបស់យើងបន្តតាម ដានយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នខ្ពស់ជានិច្ច។
សូមធ្វើការបញ្ជាក់ជូនសាជាថ្មីថា គោលដៅនៃការវាយការពារខ្លួនរបស់កម្ពុជា គឺផ្តោតតែលើ “គោលដៅ យោធាថៃប៉ុណ្ណោះ មិនសំដៅលើគោលដៅជនស៊ីវិល ឬទីកន្លែងស៊ីវិលណាមួយឡើយ” ប៉ុន្តែមានតែ ភាគីថៃទេ ដែលបានធ្វើការវាយប្រហារមកលើទីតាំងដែលប្រជាជនស៊ីវិលរបស់កម្ពុជា និងធ្វើឱ្យប្រជាជន ស៊ីវិលស្លូតត្រង់កម្ពុជាបាត់បង់ជីវិត និងរងរបួសមានការកើនឡើង។
ការប្រើប្រាស់សព្វាវុធធុនធ្ងន់ដែលមានសមត្ថភាពបំផ្លាញខ្ពស់គ្រប់ប្រភេទរបស់ប្រទេសថៃរួមទាំងការប្រើប្រាស់យន្តហោះចម្បាំងF-16, រថយន្តបាញ់រ៉ុកែត DTI-2, ដ្រូនទម្លាក់គ្រាប់បែក, គ្រាប់បែកចង្កោម, ផ្សែងពុល និងការដាក់ពង្រាយទាហានដ៏ច្រើនលើសលុប ដើម្បីទន្ទ្រានយកទឹកដីកម្ពុជា គឺជាការរំលោភ យ៉ាងច្បាស់ក្រឡែត និងមិនអាចប្រកែកបានចំពោះធម្មនុញ្ញអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ធម្មនុញ្ញអាស៊ាន និងគោលការណ៍ជាមូលដ្ឋាននៃច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ។ សកម្មភាពដែលគ្មានការទទួលខុសត្រូវ និងខុសច្បាប់ បែបនេះបង្កគ្រោះថ្នាក់យ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរបំផុត មិនត្រឹមតែសម្រាប់សន្តិភាព និងស្ថិរភាពក្នុងតំបន់ប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះនៃសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់អន្តរជាតិផងដែរ។
ក្នុងន័យនេះ កម្ពុជាសូមអំពាវនាវឱ្យសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិថ្កោលទោសយ៉ាងម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ ចំពោះការរំលោភ បំពានសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពរវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ និងសកម្មភាពឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្ម សង្គ្រាមខុសច្បាប់របស់ថៃម្តងហើយម្តងទៀតនេះ ដោយទាមទារឱ្យថៃទទួលខុសត្រូវទាំងស្រុងចំពោះការ រំលោភបំពានដ៏កំរោលនេះ។ កម្ពុជាអំពាវនាវឱ្យថៃបញ្ឈប់រាល់អរិភាពជាបន្ទាន់ ដោយដកកម្លាំងចេញពី ដែនអធិបតេយ្យរបស់កម្ពុជា និងចៀសវាងសកម្មភាពឈ្លានពានដែលគំរាមកំហែងដល់សន្តិភាព និងស្ថិរ ភាពនៅក្នុងតំបន់។

Updates on the situation along the Cambodia-Thailand border regarding the case of the Thai military forces continued their armed aggression on Cambodia, in the 4th and 5th Military Region on December 18, 2025 which enters the 12th day:
The Thai side has continuously violated the ceasefire and the “Joint Declaration signed by the Prime Ministers of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Kingdom of Thailand” on October 26, 2025.
1. The frontline situation at the 4th Military Region (Oddar Meanchey and Preah Vihear provinces): The Thai military continued its attack on Cambodia: From 05:00 p.m. on December 17 to 10:30 a.m. on December 18, 2025:
On December 17, 2025
- At 5:30 p.m., the Thai military fired artillery shells into the area of Chob Korki.
- At 5:47 p.m., the Thai military advanced their tanks and fired artillery into the area of Veal Intry, Phnom Khmoch and Bos Sbov-Choam Te.
The heavy weapons that the Thai military has used during their aggression yesterday on December 17, 2025 from 4:45 a.m., including: DK machine guns, 100mm tank-mounted guns, 105mm mortars, and 155mm artillery, and other supporting weapons, drones carried toxic gas, drones dropping flame, Kamikaze drones, drones carried guns, and tanks.
On December 18, 2025
- At 5:30 a.m., the Thai military fired artillery shells into the area of Tamone temple.
- At 8:10 a.m., the Thai military mobilized their troops into the area in front of Ptes Krohom.
- At 8:15 a.m., the Thai military launched attacks in the area of Ptes Krohom, 5 Makara, Phnom Trob, Preah Vihear temple, and Chomka Chek.
- At 09:45 a.m., the Thai Military continued to fire into the area of Tamone temple and Ta Krabei temple.
- At 09:51 a.m., the Thai military deployed F-16 fighter jet to bomb the area of Phnom Kmoch.
- At 10:07 a.m., the Thai military deployed F-16 fighter jet to bomb the area of Peak Sbeak.
The situation in other areas remains calm, but our forces continue to monitor closely and remain highly vigilant.
2. The frontline situation at the 5th Military Region (Banteay Meanchey and Pursat provinces): The Thai military continued its attack on Cambodia: From 05:00 p.m. on December 17 to 10:30 a.m. on December 18, 2025:
On December 17, 2025
- At 05:37 pm, the Thai military deployed reconnaissance drones violating Cambodian air space in the area behind Chok Chey and Prey Chan villages.
- At 11:10 pm, the Thai military fired artillery shells into the civilian area of Chamkar kor Village, Svay Chek Commune, Svay Chek District, Banteay Meanchey Province.
On December 18, 2025
- From 01:10 am to 06:44 am, the Thai military deployed reconnaissance drones and fired artillery shells into the area of O’Phlok Damrei.
- At 08:12 a.m., the Thai military shelled the areas of Boeung Trakoun and Chok Chey village.
- At 09:58 a.m., the Thai military shelled the area of Prey Chan village.
The situation in other areas remains calm, but our forces continue to monitor closely and remain highly vigilant.
The Ministry of National Defence of Cambodia wishes to reiterate that “Cambodia's rights to self-defence is solely targeted at the Thai military targets and has never targeted at civilian areas". Conversely, the Thai side has deliberately attacked locations where Cambodian civilians reside, resulted in many deaths and injuries to innocent Cambodian civilians.
Thailand's use of all types of heavy and destructive weapons and equipment including F-16 fighter jets, DTI-2, bombing drones, Cluster bombs and toxic gas and the deployment of a large number of troops to encroach on Cambodian territory is a clear and irrefutable proof of Thai violation of the United Nations Charter, the ASEAN Charter and the basic principles of international law. Such irresponsible and illegal actions undoubtedly pose a grave danger not only to regional peace and stability, but also to the very foundations of international order.
In this sense, Cambodia calls on the international community to strongly condemn Thailand's violations of the Joint Declaration and its repeated war crimes and unlawful activities, as well as demands that Thailand must take full responsibility for such brazen violations. Cambodia urges that Thailand immediately stop all hostile activities and withdraw its forces from Cambodia's territorial integrity, and avoid acts of incursion and aggression that threaten peace and stability in the region as a whole.
It is also important to stress that as of now the heroic Cambodian Army and National Police forces will continue to stand strong, brave and steadfast in their fight against the aggressor and always remain vigilant to exercise our rights to self-defence as enshrined in the international legal instruments in the fulfillment of their duties to defend and protect at all costs the Cambodian territorial integrity and people.
